About Us

Eorzea Havanese is a small family-run kennel owned and operated by Dr. Christine Champion, established in 2026. We are located in the greater Las Vegas metro area. Our mission is to breed happy, healthy Havanese puppies who demonstrate excellence inside the show ring and beyond. To this end, we show our dogs in AKC conformation events to ensure they are exceptional examples of their breed and do extensive health testing with results being made publicly available through OFA.

Puppies from Eorzea Havanese have received the finest care and handling since before birth. Proper nutrition and supplementation is crucial for the developing puppy. We feed only Royal Canin foods to our pregnant/nursing moms and their babies. We also conduct Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) on our puppies to facilitate their development, following the regimen used in the US Military Superdog Program. ENS can help improve the puppy's cardiovascular and adrenal health, making them more tolerant to stress and resistant to diseases later in life. We start the process of training puppies to be groomed, car travel, and crate training.

Every puppy is unique and so is every family. At Eorzea Havanese, we make it a priority to match the personality of the puppy to your family's circumstances. To gauge the future personality of each puppy, we conduct an exam called the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test at age 7 weeks. The results of each puppy's test are provided to buyers to help them understand their new family member better and target specific areas for training.
